How to Use:
For Milk Shake & Flavoured Milk:
- Milk Shake: Add two teaspoon full Milk‘O’Mix into a glass of milk (200ml), stir to dissolve and some ice and churn in a mixer and you get a delicious milkshake of your choice. No extra sugar to be added.
- Flavoured Milk: Add two teaspoons of Milk‘O’Mix to plain milk and stir. All the flavors are excellent for cold milk.
For Ice Cream:
- Empty the contents of the packet in 1 & half a liter of milk and heat to a boil for 2 minutes with constant stirring until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.
- The Milk‘O’Mix ice cream mixture is then cooled and poured in molds.
- Put the molds in the freezing compartment of the refrigerator.
- The ice cream will set in 2 hours. Remove the molds & beat with a spoon or in a mixer till smooth. At this stage, the ice cream can be served or if desired, after beating put the ice cream back in the mold and cover it with cap & freeze until the ice cream becomes firm and of the required consistency.
